I stayed here for a wedding and I was pretty disappointed. The area is good, the amenities are alright, but for the price it was- not worth it. The rooms are old and rundown. Hallways smell like pee probably because of how old the carpet is. They charge a $50 per night deposit for “incidentals” but they don’t even have a restaurant or bar that they own to charge? So i’m not really sure what the “incidentals” could even be. They charge you to park your car too, rip-off. Everything has to be paid out of pocket, even if you want to just sit on the beach you have to pay $15 for a chair. Jet skiing- $300 deposit over $100 per half hour of riding. I’ve worked at jet ski places and i’ve never heard of such insane prices. The pool was nice. The mini golf was so raggedy looking. I’m my opinion, the grand pelican was down the street for about the same price with much nicer amenities and rooms. Also wifi was god awful.

Cons:Perfect location. Right on the beach. Restaurants within walking distance. Also, close to Lauderdale by the Sea with more shopping and restaurants close to beach.

Cons:Asked for towels several times, without any results. Balcony on the second floor was littered with cigarette butts and beer bottles from floors above.

Pros:Access to the beach was good, free wifi worked well.

Cons:Overall property condition was poor. If you're used to staying in a major chain hotel (Marriott/Hilton) this will be a big change. Very outdated rooms that need a remodel. Everything functioned properly, but I would only consider for a very cheap rate if you want a place close to the beach.

Pros:I liked the location. Having the pool right by the beach was really great. The beach is great also.

Cons:Be prepared to wait a long time for ONE elevator. I was on the third floor and had a stroller. There was never room to get on. I waited 15 minutes and finally made staff get off to let me go down. Also I suggest not going around spring break time. The beaches and hotel are packed with drunk college students.

Cons:Rude night clerk that greeted us. Old food in the vending machine that only take chaneed or dollars no larger bill changers anywhere. If not for the night clerk they would have gotten 5 stars from me everyone else was extremely friendly.
