Trong quá trình sử dụng Email, không thể tránh việc email gửi vượt giới hạn dung lượng cho phép của máy chủ mail phía người nhận, dẫn đến có lỗi trả về.
Sau đây là mã lỗi thường gặp:

Bạn có thể tải lên [upload] các file đính kèm lên các trang lưu trữ như Google Drive, DropBox,… sau đó thêm đường dẫn tải về vào nội dung Email và tiến hành gửi lại.
Hướng dẫn tải tệp tin lên Google Drive và tạo đường dẫn chia sẻ.
Bước 1: Đăng nhập tài khoản Google Drive của bạn bằng đường dẫn //drive.google.com
Bước 2: Chọn New và chọn File Upload
Bước 3: Truy cập đến thư mục lưu trữ file, chọn đúng file. Sau đó chọn Open để tải tệp tin lên Google Drive.
Đợi vài giây sẽ hoàn tất tiến trình tải File lên Google Drive.
Bước 4: Bạn click chuột phải vào file vừa upload và chọn Get link để chia sẽ .
Kế tiếp bạn chọn “Anyone with the link”, chọn Copy link và nhấn Done.
Bước 5: Bạn dán [paste] đường link vào nội dung lá thư và tiến hành gửi lại.
Hy vọng qua bài viết hướng dẫn, bạn có thể dễ dàng gửi được thư với các tệp tin đính kèm dung lượng lớn.
The result of this process are messages with a larger size than you may initially see. Generally, MIME-encoded binary attachments are approximately 137% of the size of the original, pre-encoded file.
For the current file size, encoding will take this, and add about 37% of the original file size
NOTE: For example, if you attach a 3MB .zip file to an email, the file will exceed 4.1MB when it is in transit between servers.
Size Restrictions
When setting up email size restrictions on the server or in the Spambrella custom filters area [such as conditions relating to Email Size], the MIME encoding process should be taken into consideration.
Sending an e-mail Correspondence by adding multiple files as attachemnts [10-12 Files] all file size is between 4-5MB.
Result:e-mail correspondence is getting failed.
