The CRT Principles for Business were created through a sophisticated, collaborative process in 1994. The Principles were developed by business leaders and, therefore, carry considerable credibility in the business community. A responsible business has responsibilities beyond its investors and managers. Principle 2: Contribute to economic and social development. Principle 3: Build trust by going beyond the letter of the law.
What is the basic concern of Kyosei?Kyosei-living and working together for the common good, allowing cooperation and mutual prosperity to coexist with healthy and fair competition. Human Dignity- the value of each person as an end, not a means to the fulfillment of others' purposes.
What was the core purpose of the Caux principles for Responsible Business? The Caux Round Table (CRT) Principles for Responsible Business set forth ethical norms for acceptable businesses behaviour. Trust and confidence sustain free markets and ethical business practices provide the basis for such trust and confidence.
Which ethical system defines ethical behavior according to how others behave?Ethical relativism is the theory that holds that morality is relative to the norms of one's culture. That is, whether an action is right or wrong depends on the moral norms of the society in which it is practiced.
