Is Avatar 2 officially confirmed?The following cast members have been confirmed for Avatar 2: The Way of Water. A key focus of the Avatar sequels will continue to be the characters of Jake Sully and Neytiri, played by Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldaña respectively, who have started a family together in the sequel.
Is there a new avatar 3 movie coming out?“Four forthcoming Avatar films, expanding the vibrant world of Pandora, will release on the pre-Christmas weekend every other year beginning in 2021,” Disney says. We're getting the sequel on December 17, 2021; Avatar 3 on December 22, 2023; Avatar 4 on December 19, 2025; and Avatar 5 on December 17, 2027.
Is there a new Avatar 2022?It is currently planned for a release on December 16, 2022, with the following three sequels to be released, respectively, on December 20, 2024, December 18, 2026, and December 22, 2028, though the latter two would depend on the commercial reception of The Way of Water.
