I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for Lumin's outstanding product, especially the Charcoal Cleanser. Having struggled with acne for over a decade, I can confidently say that this product has proven to be a game-changer for me.

Despite residing in Japan, the distance did not deter me from seeking the solution to my skincare concerns with Lumin. While it took some time for the product to reach me, the exceptional support provided by the staff throughout the shipment process was commendable. Their assistance was invaluable whenever I encountered any issues.

Impressive Results And An Essential For Me!

Been using Lumin for quite a long time now. I used to suffer from pimples quite frequently however within a few weeks it mostly cleared up my issue (they only tend to show up when I forget to use the stuff sometimes). I've had some people recommending other cleaning products in the past however they've never worked for me so maybe it's per person on whether a brand works or not but considering Lumin do different products based on your skin type it should cater for most people.

Customer service has also been excellent on multiple occasions. They've given me some VIP offers and discounts over the years and recently one of my shipments went missing however they've already shipped me a replacement along with a freebie even though it's technically the delivery company to blame here.

No support team. Feels like scam

Starting to believe there is no live chat team to support customers because they are always "offline". I've attempted redeem my 30 day satisfaction guarantee multiple times and emailed as per chat box request during the past 3 months ago and have not received a response. I was also charged again for the subscription which I did not authorise. Please refund orders

Diving into Lumin Skincare's ordering process was like expecting a gourmet meal and instead getting served a reheated TV dinner. The website's a maze, more twisted than a back alley in Marrakesh. You think you're ordering a one-time miracle for your face, but surprise, you've just subscribed to a monthly comedy show of charges.

Then, trying to get out of this subscription service is like asking a street vendor for a refund—good luck with that. Customer service? More like an automated bot trapped in an existential crisis, offering help as elusive as a decent meal in a tourist trap. n conclusion, while Lumin Skincare promised a starring role in a skincare success story, what unfolded was a comedy of errors, leaving me not as a radiant protagonist but as the unsuspecting fool. "Scamdog Millionaire or scumdog" a title I bore not by wealth but by the wealth of lessons learned in the art of dodgy ordering practices. A standing ovation for this masterclass in how not to dazzle your audience. Encore? I think not.

Unethical Business Practices

Signed up for the free trial, couldn't cancel and upon request they kept sending me stock.

Asked twice and still got charged £130. Eventually was offered a 50% discount on the second order (£30)

Amazing

I have been a fan of theirs for a long time. I recently tried the free trial set(that they let you customize based upon your specific skin care needs, people should do a little research prior to picking skin care products so they choose an item that will work for them, not blame the company for an undesirable outcome) they also make the subscription post trial very clear so they’re transparent from the beginning. Their products are clean, quality effective ingredients are used, and for a higher end skin care line they are reasonably affordable. I would use their products over and over again

SCAM Feeling !

SCAM FEELING !

Ordered the test sample. Came 3 weeks later 1 week after came the subscription When I wanted to cancel I send the products back to their fulfillment center in Holland by simple mail, and not by tracked&traced signed for which was 3 times more expensive.

I NEVER EVER GOT A PENNY in return !

YOU LOST ME AS YOUR CLIENT ! Now I will ask for an EU - Consumers Protection Agency Cross Control to that fulfillment center and continue to write rewiews on Google and everywhere !

Charcoal cleanser works great!

I’ve been using the charcoal cleanser on auto delivery for over 3 years. Never had a single problem. Works great for oily skin. I haven’t used a different cleanser since I found lumin’s charcoal cleanser

Semi-scam feeling

They sent under eye dark circle masking cream, which give just yellow tone, Instead of skin tightening as advertised and on top of that they signed me up for a sneaky subscription which was vaguely announced but not really. So there are more steps to cancel them than to subscribe. Semi-scam feeling all along. I would avoid.

The products feel great on my skin

I recently started using Lumin Men's Skincare Solutions and honestly, I'm really impressed. As someone who hasn't always paid much attention to skincare, the difference is noticeable. The products feel great on my skin – they're not heavy or greasy, which I was initially worried about. I've become quite fond of the subtle, masculine scent each product has. It's nice without being too much, you know?

The packaging is a win too. It's got this cool, minimalistic look that I actually don't mind leaving out on my bathroom counter. And while the price seemed a bit steep at first, I'm finding it's worth it for the quality and results I'm seeing.

If I had to suggest improvements, I'd say maybe adding more natural ingredients would be cool. Also, a bit more info on how to use each product effectively would help guys like me who are new to this whole skincare game.

Overall, I'm really happy with Lumin's products. My skin feels healthier, and I’m starting to understand why skincare is important. Definitely going to recommend this to a few buddies who could use a little nudge in the skincare department

Subscription was unavailable on my login. Contacted customer support, they advised creating a new account and adding the subscription there. Completed this, no change in the situation. Company seems chaotic as a previous account I created for the trial was classed as 'unknown' by their system. Does not matter what I do the message is always the same - 'You haven't placed any orders yet'. Despite having placed and received an order already. Stay clear.

Looking into this we can see that one of our team members has provided assistance and informed you that our customer account portal has been upgraded. This means that our customers can now access their accounts, subscription details, and other related information by creating a username and password first, in case they haven't accessed their Lumin account since ordering from us. Kindly also note that our customer can keep receiving their renewal subscription orders without accessing their Lumin account, but in case they want to modify it, they would need to create a username and password using the same email address as when they placed their first order.

To set up your account, please go to https://www.luminskin.com/account/register and fill in the required fields such as your first name, last name, email address, and password. Once you've completed the form, click/tap on the "Create account" button. After that, check your email inbox for the "Customer account activation" email, and click on the "Activate your account" button to be taken to your account portal. Once you've completed these steps, you'll be able to access your Lumin account using your registered email and password!

I purchased the burnout buster trio

I purchased the burnout buster trio - the charcoal scrub, moisturiser and the instant dark circle corrector.

The charcoal scrub and moisturiser feels light, cleans right and makes my face look really quite bright. However, the dark circle corrector sometimes leaves whiteness under my eye that I can see. There aren't any instructions on the pack itself but the website says to tap under your eyes. I'll keep trying! Works well though. I do like it and I'll get it again for sure.

The only thing that holds me back from purchasing in the future is that it has to be sent allll the way from US --> AUS

They make it super difficult to return their products, and cancel subscriptions. They also will charge you for their main set even after unsubscribing, EDIT: The support rep who replied under is lying and this can be proven.

Please know that we would never charge our customers intentionally if they already have canceled their subscription with us or activate canceled subscriptions without their permission. The only time a subscription order is created is if the subscription was not canceled before the renewal date.

After taking a look into this, we were unable to locate any records indicating that your subscription was canceled before its scheduled renewal on December 22, 2023. Your subscription remaining active is why a new order was created for you. Looking further into this we can see that our support team provided assistance and issued a full refund for the returned parcel on the 6th of January 2024.

Lumin is really great and definitely recommended. Their whole product range is really nice and high quality, and good value for what you get. Delivery is quick and efficient. The one time I did have a problem with a delivery customer service went above and beyond to sort it out.

Oily Skin Fixture.

The products came in early. The products worked/working as expected. I have oily skin, so I usually move around with napkins to clean my oily face. I would say using the products has lessened the frequency.
