GENERAL

Can I charge my phone at the festival?

Answer:
Portable chargers will be available to rent where attendees can charge on the go, no matter what type of device they have.

How old do I have to be to attend?

Answer:
Admission to NEON Countdown / NEON Music Festival is strictly for ages 20 and over. Everyone must show a valid government-issued photo ID (Photocopies will not be accepted).

The only acceptable forms of identification are as follows:

• Valid driver’s license from any country
• Valid identification issued by any country
• Valid military identification
• Valid passport or visa issued by your country’s government.

Will there be ATMs available at the event?

Answer:
Yes.

Will I be allowed to leave the venue and re-enter?

Answer:
No. Once you leave the festival grounds, you may not re-enter. You may only re-enter the next day of the festival.

Will there be any food & beverages available for sale?

Answer:
Yes, there will be a wide variety of food options, local and vegetarian/vegan choices. There will be variety of non-alcoholic beverages as well.

Will there be First Aid on site at the festival?

Answer:
There are medical aid stations marked as a red cross in the four corners of the festival park to ensure you’re never too far away from help. Check out the map to get yourself familiarized with the medical aid locations which are staffed with emergency medical professionals, and have plenty of water if you need it.

Will I be searched upon entering?

Answer:
Yes, everyone is subject to search upon entry.

What if it rains?

Answer:
NEON Countdown is a rain or shine event. You can enjoy your time under all generally safe weather conditions.

Are bags or camelbacks/hydration packs allowed?

Answer:
Only small bags, drawstring bags and camelbacks/hydration packs as long as they are empty upon entry.

Can I bring my camera?

Answer:
Professional Cameras are not allowed into the show. Video cameras are not allowed too.

TICKETING

Are tickets expected to sell out?

Answer:
Tickets will likely sell out, so get yours early! Limited quantities are available at each pricing tier.

What payment methods can be used to purchase tickets?

Answer:
Credit and debit cards are accepted.

What is the maximum number of tickets I can buy?

Answer:
Tickets are limited to four (4) per person.

Should I receive a confirmation email for my purchase?

Answer:
You should receive a confirmation email within moments of purchase. If you do not (be sure to check your spam folder), please contact our ticketing agent.

What if I purchased tickets but my card hasn’t been charged yet?

Answer:
Your card should be charged within two business days. If you do not see the charge on your account, please contact our ticketing agent or your card issuing bank.

How can I avoid ticket fraud?

Answer:
The best way to avoid ticket fraud is to buy directly from our ticketing agent. DO NOT purchase from scalpers. If you arrive at the venue with an illegitimate ticket, you will be turned away, and no refund will be provided.

I’m buying multiple tickets. Can I transfer some of them to friends?

Answer:
You may purchase tickets on behalf of your friends, but once theirs is scanned, it is non-transferable. And for security purposes, they will not be able to discuss the specifics of your order with ticketing representatives. Please get your friends a copy of your identity to smoothen the process.

I bought GA, can I upgrade to VIP?

Answer:
We are working on setting up an upgrade process. In the meantime, you can contact our ticketing agent.

Will tickets be sold at the venue?

Answer:
Tickets are primarily sold online and we recommend you purchase as soon as tickets are made available.

PAINT

Can I bring my own paint?

Answer:
Unfortunately, you are not permitted to bring own paint to the venue. UV paint can be redeemed at NEON Garden.

Will the paint wash out?

Answer:
Our paint is water-based, latex-free, odorless, light on the skin, and will wash off. Please note, however, that it may not fully come out of a certain type of fabric/clothes. Make sure you wear something that you wouldn’t mind getting paint on.

What do I wear?

Answer:
We recommend you to wear in white. You may also purchase our NEON Countdown / NEON Music Festival T shirts at the venue.

TRANSPORTATION

Can I sleep in my car overnight?

Answer:
Sleeping in cars in the festival parking lot is not permitted for anyone. DO NOT leave your car in the parking lot during non-festival hours, or it will be towed at your expense.

How can I get to NEON Countdown / NEON Music Festival?

Answer:

Can I pass flyers for my event or business at the festival?

Answer:
Sorry, No.

What can / should I bring with me?

Answer:
Sun Block lotion
Rain poncho
Small towel
All of your favorite people
Dancing shoes
Small backpack or utility bag
A positive attitude

What items are not allowed in the festival?

Answer:
No glass of any kind
No weapon of any kind
No paint of any kind
No fireworks
No illegal substances
No drugs
No alcohol
No open or refillable e-cig or vapes
No large chains
No totem with metal or wood pieces
No large umbrellas
No spiked jewelry

What are some safe practices I can apply in NEON Countdown / NEON Music Festival?

Answer:
Please take good care of yourself and help watch out for the people around you. If you see someone slip, trip, or overheat, someone who needs medical attention, rehydration, or just a helping hand, please keep the positive vibe alive, and be a friend of a friend in need.

Remember that it’s very important to stay hydrated. When you sweat, your body is losing water and you need to replace it to make sure you don’t overheat.
