Method 1: Change the system settings

You can check it first. Take a look at the CPU usage. If everything is ok, try the following method to reduce fan noise by changing the system settings.

To change the plan settings, you can do as follows, take Windows 10 as an example

1. Windows 10 : Go to Start > Settings > System > Power & Sleep > Additional power settings
