Install Splashtop Wired XDisplay
XDisplay Agent for PC
The installer for XDisplay Agent for PC does not include adware or spyware, and there are no settings required during installation.
Click "DOWNLOAD XDISPLAY AGENT FOR PC" from the Wired XDisplay Agent download page to download the installer.
Launch the downloaded installer, and when the User Account Control dialog is displayed, click "Yes" to allow it and the installation will start.
Installation is complete when "Splashtop Wired XDisplay Agent" opens.
Splashtop Wired XDisplay Free
After installing Wired XDisplay Agent on the PC side, configure the settings on the Android device side.
Install "Splashtop Wired XDisplay Free" from the Google play store.
Tap "Build Information" under "Device Information" in "Settings" seven times to enable "Developer Options".
If you expand "Advanced" from "System" in "Settings", "Developer options" is added, so tap it.
Tap "USB Debugging" to enable it.
When the dialog is displayed, click "OK" to allow it and enter the PIN code to enable "USB debugging".
When you connect to a computer, you will be asked for permission for USB debugging, so "permit".
After connecting to the PC, launch Splashtop Wired XDisplay Free on your Android device and swipe left as the welcome screen appears.
The license agreement will be displayed. Check it and tap "Accept" if there is no problem.
Splashtop Wired XDisplay launches and automatically starts connecting to your PC.
The connection is complete when the Android device is in the mirrored state.

How to use Splashtop Wired XDisplay
Once connected, it can be used like a sub-display, but there is a slight time lag on the Android device side and the operation feeling is similar to remote desktop.
To change your Android device to "Extended" instead of "Mirror", set it in "Display" in "Windows Settings" like a normal monitor.
Changed the item of "Multi-display" from "Duplicate display screen" to "Expand display screen".
The Android device becomes an extended monitor.
The Android device can be operated even when connected, and if you want to split the monitor and Android home screen, tap the "History button" on the device and tap the Splashtop Wired XDisplay icon.
Tap "Split screen".
You can switch by swiping the partition.
