1. Open the Computer Management console
2. Expand System Tools
3. Go to Local Users and Groups
4. Click on Groups
5. Locate the Performance Monitor Users group, right-click it, and select Properties
6. In the Members section, remove the Trados GroupShare Service Account.
7. Re-run the GroupShare installer. This will allow the user to be re-added to the group.

The Trados GroupShare Service Account was already part of the Performance Monitor Users group and the installer stopped with System error 1378.
