Trên hết, đa phần những quyết định của con người chỉ dừng ở mức cảm tính thay vì lý trí và những lập luận, lý lẽ liên quan cũng dựa theo cảm tính mà có được. Tuy nhiên, vấn đề cần giải quyết ở đây không phải nên làm thế nào có thể hướng con người theo nhận thức lý tính thay vì cảm tính.
