© SWEETCOW LTD 2014 - 2022 i have HP laptop model 15-bs0xx. Does anybody know if it has M.2 SSD slot or i have to replace my HDD with SSD? Here is the Service manual: Manual We do not have your exact model number so do not know your specifications. Look carefully at page 3. Only models with 6th and 7th gen Intel Core processors have dual storage capability. Celeron and Pentium models do not so if you have a Pentium or Celeron processor there is no M.2 slot. Assuming you have an i3, i5, or i7 processor, then the M.2 slot is as shown on p. 59 of the Manual: Manual screw and slot are circled If you have a Pentium or Celeron you will not have these circled features on the motherboard. In that case the only way to have an M.2 disk is INSTEAD OF the hard drive by using an M.2 adapter plate and cable. Assuming you have the slot, the WD Blue M.2 SSD would be a good choice and will work fine. Hope that is clear, post back with any other questions but please Accept as Solution if this is your answer.
