The best way to recharge your prepaid service is through Express Recharge or My Vodafone. You can access these pages without using your data.

You can recharge your Mobile Broadband service with these voucher amounts:

If you're currently on a $20, $60, $70 or $125 Prepaid Mobile Broadband Plan, you can redeem already purchased vouchers via IVR, in store or by calling Customer Care on from your Vodafone mobile. If you redeem a Prepaid Mobile Broadband voucher of a different value, you’ll no longer be able to return to your previous $20/$60/$70/$125 plan.

You can top up your My Credit with these voucher amounts:

$10, 12, $20, $30, $35 $40, $45, $50, $55, $60, $70, $80, $90, $100, $110, $150, $160, $200, $250, $320.

To top up your My Credit balance, you’ll need to redeem the voucher online or by sending an SMS to 1511.

What happens if I have a valid existing recharge voucher that I purchased before 10th April 2024 that I haven’t used yet?

On Prepaid Plus, Pay and Go or Prepaid Mobile Broadband, if you purchased a valid voucher for $10, $30, $40, $50, $150 and $250 prior to 10th April 2024, you’ll still be able to recharge these with the current plan inclusions at no additional charge for a period of 12 months.

If you purchased a valid voucher for $20 and $60 prior to 10th April 2024, you’ll be able to recharge these with the old plan inclusions until 10 April 2025. At the end of the relevant expiry period, you’ll only be able to recharge on the currently available plans.

You can redeem these vouchers via IVR, in store or by calling Customer Care on 1555 from your Vodafone mobile.

What are the voucher expiry dates?

When you buy your voucher or recharge card, you'll find it has an expiry date printed on it:

• Printed recharge vouchers have an expiry of up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Recharge cards have an expiry of up to 12 months.

The expiry of your voucher or card has no relationship to the expiry of the credit on your account.

What to do if you’ve purchased the wrong voucher amount.

If you’ve accidentally bought a voucher that’s not appropriate, call 1511 from your Vodafone phone.

Borrow up to $3000 for housing-related expenses such as bond or rent-in-advance, or for recovery from a natural disaster.

What do I need to apply?

When you apply, you’ll need to provide

• 100 points of ID (such as a driver’s license, passport, Medicare card, Centrelink card, bank card or bills, including something to verify your address)
• Details about your financial situation (bank statements and/or banking details, payslips and/or current Centrelink statement, plus an estimate of your regular expenses)
• Information on existing debts (such as buy now pay later, payday loans or rent-to-buy)
• A quote or invoice that shows: the date, a description of the item/service, the supplier’s details (business name, ABN, address, phone or email), banking or payment details, and the payment amount with delivery included.

If you haven’t chosen the exact item you’d like to buy, but know the rough amount, you can talk to us about ‘pre-approval’ to see if you’ll be eligible, then supply the invoice later. Note: No Interest Loans CANNOT be used for cash. We pay directly to the supplier.

When applying for a No Interest Loan up to $3000, there are NO credit checks. We’ll look at your income and expenses, the total loan amount, and your repayment timeframe (up to 24 months), and work with you to see if the loan is affordable. We don’t judge you on your history.
