AlarmDescription of Alarm/Error 01The inside temperature of the motor is higher than the specified temperature02The actual motor speed is largely deviated from the commanded speed03The fuse of the DC link has blown (The voltage at the DC link is insufficient) This alarm is checked when emergency stop is cancelled.06The temperature sensor is abnormal, or the temperature sensor cable is broken.07The motor rotates at a speed exceeding 115% (standard setting) of the maximum allowable speed.09The temperature of the heat sink of the SPM main circuit has risen abnormally.
