Are they ON or IN the screen? If it's just dirt, you can use any LCD screen cleaner with a soft cloth.

I had this issue with my Lenovo Thinkpad screen. I removed it by rubbing it with my fingernail [I think they refer to it as the massage method]. It was all clear again for about 8 months, then sadly it returned in the exact same place. I have been able to remove portions of it again but am careful not to damage the outer protective layer. So I remove a little bit each day.
