[ANSWERED] Windows Host Process Rundll32 high CPU Usage
Recently whenever I try to open SAMP or run any .dll file, I notice that my laptop starts heating up and fan starts making noise. After several days I noticed that there is a file called Rundll32 that starts working once I open SAMP that takes like 70% or even more of the UCP. Any ways to stop that from happening?

Rundll32 high cpu usage means that a virus affected windows files, i suggest you to scan your pc by windows defender or some antivirus , if you have NONE , no problem follow these steps to remove the virus manually.
1- Open your Task Manager and stop viral rundll32.exe process. You can detect it by the high usage of CPU [ranging from 40% to 100%];
2- Open Registry Editor, by pressing Win+R buttons and typing regedit in the line. Then navigate the following Registry Keys and remove them:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENTVERSION\RUN\XTray.exe
3- Find all the files that can be called like rundll32, except the file that exist in C:\Windows\System32\ folder
4- After that you should do the full scan of your computer with the help of a powerful antivirus program.

Since you are using Windows 7, It's possible that the rundll32 is coming from GameUX.
Try remove it from \Windows\System32\GameUX.dll & \Windows\SysWOW64\GameUX.dll
You can also try alternative way which is 'end process' from task manager while running your games.
