Review blush on maybelline fit me năm 2024

The most ever trusted drugstore brand all across the world! No matter how many products they launch, everything that I find just goes straight into my makeup stash. I’m that obsessed with Maybelline. Maybelline has brought us the Fit Me! blushes before with the transparent lid which come along with a brush, right. But this time, Maybelline did launch the same Fit Me blushes in different formula, with newer shades, and these blushes are now available in India. I got my hands on two of the shades from this range, which I’ll be talking about in this post.

Enhance skin tone with a natural blush. True-to-tone color blends seamlessly. Now Fit happens with a flattering natural yet noticeable blush. Fit Me! Blush is a lightweight powder that delivers natural all-day color. This blendable and natural yet noticeable blush wears evenly and enhances skin tone with a radiant glow. Long lasting blush ideal for dark skin, pale skin, and every tone in between. Dermatologist tested. Allergy tested. Non-comedogenic.

PRICE : INR 425/- for a 4.5g product. I got these on a sale, for about 300 or so.

AVAILABILITY : I found these on Nykaa, from where I purchased mine. I haven’t seen these in the stores yet, but they’ll be available soon in stores too.

SHADES : The Fit Me powder blush comes in 10 super-saturated shades, but I’ve seen only 4 shades available on Nykaa.

I got the shades 30 ROSE and 50 WINE.

Packaging, the Maybelline Fit Me Powder Blushes come in a similar case as that of the Fit Me compact powder case, but in a smaller size. It is a very cute packaging . This powder blush does not include any brush inside, nor the case has a mirror. All the details about the product is mentioned on the backside of the case and these blushes are very travel-friendly.

HOW TO APPLY : Sweep blush onto the apples of the cheeks from the cheekbones to temples.

These Fit Me blushes have a smooth powdery formula, which blend smoothly into the skin. I love the formula of these compared to the old satin blush formula. I totally did not like the old formula, as I’m not a satin blush person but these are quite improved in formula and pigmentation wise. Frankly, till today I haven’t used the old one much, but these I can definitely see myself using it more often. These powder blushes have a matte formula, even though I did observe a layer of shimmer on one of the blush shade. Those shimmers does not show up much when it’s applied to the cheeks.

Rose is a true warm rose pink shade, which would suit all fair to medium skin tones. I doubt if they go good on deeper skin tones, as it does have a tad pale tone to it.

Wine is a deep peachy shade, a beautiful shade that complements every skin tone. I totally love this shade.

In natural light [and how they look in real]

The shades that I picked give a medium coverage, which is actually good so you have the tendency to build up later depending on your mood. These also have a great color pay-off, glad that they show up good on dusky deep skin tones as well. I’d have really appreciated if Maybelline come up with few more shades for deeper skin tones. Also I did observe a lot of pick up with the brush, so better be cautious if you wanna go light hand with the blush.

Actually, I didn’t care to know how long do they stay on my skin. They, of course lasted for a good amount of time.

Overall, I’m totally impressed with these new Fit Me Blushes, and I regret about the old ones that I got. I wish Maybelline launched these before. If you’re a blush person, and love matte blushes then you need to try these. Same priced as the old ones, they have better formula with great color pay off and lasts really long. I don’t like the shade shade, I’d appreciate if there were few for the dusky deep skin tones. You definitely gotta try at least one from these.

I recently picked up several of the newly reformulated Maybelline Fit Me Blushes. In full disclosure, I never tried the previous formula/packaging. But I do have some thoughts on these new blushes. Keep reading for my review.

Overview

Packaging

I had never tried the old formula mostly because the packaging was bulky and looked cheap. I really love how compact and sleek these are. Easy to pop in a travel back and sturdy enough to hold up. I also appreciate the fact that they didn’t feel the need to add in a crappy brush that no one ever uses. With so many affordable makeup brushes at the drugstore [thanks E.L.F.!], there really just isn’t any need to make bulky packaging to add a bad brush, especially for things like blushes. Two thumbs up for the packaging on these.

Swatches & Formula

L to R: Pink Rose, Mauve, Nude

The swatches above are as heavy as I could make them and then blended out so you could see the difference. If your first thought is, “These don’t look very pigmented,” you would be correct. These are the type of blushes that swatch terribly with your finger because they are pressed pretty hard into the pan. On the positive side, they don’t have a lot of kick-up when you put your brush in. On the negative side, if you are a medium to deep skin color, you are probably to have to build up the color, even with the deepest shade. Some people hate that. Some people love that. I actually find the super expensive NARS blushes to be the same way so it’s not just about price point.

There are two different formula types from what I can tell: matte and satin. Pink Rose is definitely a matte shade. Mauve and Nude are two are both satin. Although Maybelline doesn’t specifically call which is which on the packaging, it’s easy tell in store. Ordering online may be more difficult.

The matte shade is creamy feeling and doesn’t look dry on the skin. I personally really like the satin texture more. It gives a very subtle glow to your skin, but isn’t super shiny. I think people who typically don’t like glowy blushes will still appreciate these.

Final Thoughts

The reviews on the Maybelline Fit Me Blushes are pretty mixed online. There are some who want the old formula/colors back. And then there are plenty of people like me who are happy with their results. I’m fair and while I love blush, I alway approach applying it with fear and trembling. I can turn into a clown way to easily when the blush is pigmented. These are pretty fool-proof, easily buildable and last well throughout the day.

Overall for $5, I think it’s worth trying. The range of colors is good. The Maybelline Fit Me Blushes are now fully stocked at most stores, making it easy to see the shades in person. My personal opinion is wait for a BOGO and get two. 🙂
