One piece foc doflamingo sd review năm 2024

Even though I'm not done with this arc yet, I can definitely say that it's one of my favorites. I just love everything about it; the world, the characters, the villain... everything just works perfectly.

My favorite part is absolutely the characters. Doffy is an amazing villain, Traffy is amazing, Luffy is great as always, the supporting cast slaps and the crew has so many amazing moments.

These were some of the best volumes of One Piece so far. I am definitely giving them 5 stars and I can't wait to read the ending of Dressrosa.

Beware of SPOILERS from here on!

I need to talk about Law at this point... because we get my boy's backstory and now I understand why he's so emo. I mean... first he lost his entire family and all friends, then he travelled to Dressrosa in a pile of bodies to join Doflamingo and then he lost the only person who loved him there aka Corazon who was shot by Doffy who is his brother. And now I can totally see where Law's hate is coming from. Also my man shows Doflamingo a middle finger... what an icon. Doffy shoots him afterwards, but that is not important.

And let's talk about Doflamingo here because he is a menace. Also I just find it hilarious how his entire motivation for being evil is that he is a spoiled brat whose privilege has been taken away. And it's just an absurd fact of life that Doflamingo has traumas because he seems kinda heartless. There are so many good moments with him along with his shock at Law being a D and him cutting Law's arm off.

And now we have to talk about Corazon because he is one of the best characters in the entire One Piece. I was so happy when he started protecting Law and shocked when he started talking but man I love Cora so much. And then my man reveals that he is one of the marines but he doesn't admit it to Law because the child to hate him... I'm telling you, Corazon would be a great father. It's just something about the way he worries about Law and feels for his pain as he's trying to help him... and the desperation on his face when he sees that Law is in a very bad state... so good. And a cherry on top is him smiling and telling Law that he loves him. So heartwarming.

Now we also have Luffy, who uses gear 4 for the first time ever against Doffy and it's so good. And the way he hates fighting Bellamy and even calls him his friend... it's such a Luffy thing to do.

Another Luffy thing to do is when Zoro calls Pica's laugh stupid. And Zoro does have so many amazing moments here. He is so cocky and apparently he is not entirely stupid because he makes an excellent plan how to defeat Pica. And the flashback where Mihawk motivated Zoro with booze is just hilarious.

We also have Senor Pink, who has a very cool fight with Franky. We get his backstory and it's just so sad that he lost his kid and then his wife got unresponsive and he started to dress up as their baby to make her smile and that's wholesome and I respect that man.

We also get another amazing moment with God Usopp who triggers a trauma in Sugar by sniping through a tiny hole in the palace window. We get amazing moments with Bartholomeu and Cabbage who are hilarious, and at the end I just want to say that Robin becoming as bad with names as Luffy is just amazing.

Series: One Piece

76-78

Rating: 4 stars - It was really good

This volume continues the battle against Doflamingo and the Don Quixote family. We have Franky vs Mr. Pink, Zolo vs Pica, Kyros vs Diamonte, Usopp defeats Sugar again, Bellamy vs Luffy, and Law and Luffy vs Doflamingo and Trebol. There were so many battles happening in these three volumes and a lot of injuries and death. I am really enjoying seeing how strong the Straw Hats have become in their two years apart. This is also the point where Luffy finally introduces Gear Four and shows how he has learned to utilize his Haki and rubber abilities.

We also learn about Law’s backstory and why he is determined to bring down Doflamingo. We learn about Corozan, who is Doflamingo’s little brother, and how far he went to save Law and stop Doflamingo’s rampages. Law has a very sad backstory but it has led him to fight for change and I loved seeing him fight for what he believes in. I can’t wait to see how Luffy defeats Doflamingo.

While I enjoy them a lot, the battles in One Piece are my least favourite part of the manga.

There are some good scenes and some blood-pumping moments but overall the end-of-arc battles are very formulaic: they follow the same pattern every time and that's a bit boring.

However, still an enjoyable time. The highlights for me: - Bartolomeo who is terribly fun - Usopp unlocking his haki - 4th gear

And the crown goes to the back story of hard boiled baby guy. Impressed how in one chapter Oda built such a great backstory for him and made him an instant favourite.

Lastly, I'm way more interested in Doflamingo's backstory than in law. I think Oda could have spent more time on the former and less on the latter.

Notes: “He can use his springiness to fly!!” is a true all-timer random background character narration line. This arc’s pacing is kind of a disaster [it took 25 chapters for Franky to beat diaper man…], but Law’s flashback and the conclusions to both Zoro and Luffy’s fights are fun and satisfying. Though I think the final resolution gets dragged out a bit more. Perhaps one day soon we’ll find out what “treasure” the World Nobles have that the Ope Ope Fruit could be used in tandem with to take over the world.

I've taken a few breaks while reading the Dressrosa arc so I can't quite remember what happens specifically in these volumes. Lots of fighting, we're basically delving into the main fights in this one and we get a lot of the meat of the Doflamingo fight[s]. This omnibus includes some flashbacks for him as well as Law and introduces us to ~Corazon~ who I love. There are a lot of solid One Piece moments [] but I'm very ready for Dressrosa to be over.

Okay, this arc is kind of overstaying its welcome, by a bit. However, it was nice to get a really good backstory for both Law and Doflamingo. They are probably the most interesting new characters in One Piece for me, along with Bartolomeo for his comedic spirit. I miss the rest of the gang, they better get a lot of screentime next story arc! Otherwise, it is nice for Robin to get at least a few pages of doing anything since water 7, you go girl!

Bartolomeo is me if I was in the One Piece world and saw the Straw Hats. The ultimate fan girl, I love him so much.

What a tremendous climax. Dressrosa has one of my favorite villains of one piece, and I wasn't expecting any cool thing about it when I first met Doflamingo.

This is such a good arc. So many cool, sad, and funny moments. Can’t wait for everyone to be reunited, though.

Is Doflamingo actually good?

This guy is a mastermind that likes to control the world as if it was hanging off the strings from his palms. Like literally, he has the powers to control others as if he was a puppeteer, an ablity befitting his manipulative nature. This man is a pure villain that the readers will love to hate.

Did Doflamingo love his mom?

Doflamingo and Rosinante worrying about their mother. Doflamingo apparently treasured his mother very much as he and Rosinante brought food to her when she became ill, and looked worried when she started coughing. She died right in front of an eight-year-old Doflamingo.

Is Doflamingo stronger than Kaido?

He was an incredibly powerful Haki user capable of using advanced forms of Armament and Conqueror's Haki. Doflamingo stands no chance against Kaido, and Kaido himself stated that Whitebeard is one of the few people in the world capable of beating him, which means that he would crush Doflamingo.

How durable is Doflamingo?

Durability and EnduranceDoflamingo possesses a monstrous amount of resistance, durability, pain-tolerance, and stamina. A testament to this is that over the course of the series until the Dressrosa Arc, he had never been injured or shown exhaustion by any other character during a battle.
