The Early Childhood Care and Development [ECCD] Checklist is intended for specialist organizations like midwives, child-development workers, day care workers, and day care mothers, who can administer it after a short preparing period. By utilizing the Checklist, they will have the option to decide whether a youngster is growing sufficiently, or is in danger for delays.
