My 6 yr old son has wat ppl say ‘growing pains’..at night jus as he is resting in bed he wld get terrible leg cramps..a dr suggested that this cld b due to low iron..ever since my son is on this supplement (3 times a week) the cramps stop..wen we ran out of it n i forget to order (from malaysia) da cramps wld come back w’in a month..as soon as we start again the cramps wld stop...so i wld say this supplement works for us real good.
