A reservation puts you on our list to be among the first to order a new 2023 Ford Maverick. It is not an actual order and does not guarantee delivery. While you’re waiting for the order banks to open,
we will keep you updated on all things Maverick.
What steps are required to complete my Ford Maverick reservation?
Go online and select “Step 1 Start Reservation” fill out the reservation
form and submit your request to join the list for a new Maverick truck. A confirmation will display after the form is submitted and an email will be sent to the address in the reservation form.
When can I order my Ford Maverick?
Prior to order banks opening, we will reach out to help you complete your Maverick build. We’ll be able to answer any questions, come to a pricing agreement, and then submit your order as soon as order banks open. We expect the
ordering window to open sometime this summer.
When will my Ford Maverick be delivered?
Production and delivery timing varies depending on configuration and order submission date.
Since this is one of our most popular models, delivery typically takes 3+ months. Once Ford
schedules your order for production, you will be able to track your Maverick’s production and
delivery progress.
Am I buying the Ford Maverick directly from Ford?
No. The purchase agreement will be between you and Bowen Scarff Ford, not you and Ford
Motor Company.

2023 Ford Maverick
The 2023 Ford Maverick comes with two different powertrains, including a hybrid powertrain that combines an inline four with an electric motor. The resulting hybrid system produces 191 horsepower and 155 lb-ft of torque. Additionally, the Blue Oval provides a turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-4 that makes 250 horsepower and comes standard with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Regardless of the model you choose, the 2023 Ford Maverick is bound to impress.
Hybrid version
If you are looking to purchase a new pickup, you may be interested in the 2023 Ford Maverick hybrid version. Ford sold out of its production capacity for the 2022 model year at the end of last year, order banks are currently scheduled to open in August of 2023 for the 2023 Ford Maverick. Ford says that the current shortage of semiconductors is limiting its availability in the hybrid variant. The company has not announced the price of the 2023 Ford Maverick hybrid, so continue to check with Bowen Scarff Ford for pricing and availability of your Maverick.
The Maverick has several advantages over its rivals, including excellent value, clever interior design and a spacious cabin. Its cabin is spacious and comfortable, with ample leg and head room for five passengers. It has a large 8-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a Wi-Fi hotspot and two USB ports. A standard FordPass Connect connection is built into the dashboard, and the Maverick XL includes several driver assistance features, including lane-keep assist, automatic emergency braking, and lane-keep assist.
The 2023 Ford Maverick hybrid version will have a new engine. While the Top Gun Edition will get a brand-new engine, the base model will maintain its hybrid setup. The base model hybrid system features a 2.5-liter inline-four engine with assistance from an electric motor. This engine delivers 191 horsepower and 155 lb-ft of torque. It will be paired with a CVT gearbox to provide excellent fuel economy.
The Maverick Hybrid has the same great utility of a pickup and the drivability of a car. While the gas-electric powertrain is not as quick or powerful as the two-litre engine, it is refined and makes the car easier to drive. For a vehicle in its price range, the NVH levels are acceptable and the ride quality is pleasant. Its small footprint makes it easy to maneuver in urban areas.
Nonhybrid version
The hybrid version of the Ford Maverick uses a 2.5-liter EcoBoost engine paired with a continuously variable transmission [CVT]. It features an integrated traction motor and a smaller motor/generator to supplement the gas engine's power. The nonhybrid version of the Ford Maverick still uses a conventional engine. The hybrid version of the Maverick has a range of 500 miles, and it achieves 42 mpg city and 33 mpg highway. The gas-only version of the Maverick has an EPA-rated fuel economy of 23 city/30 highway and 25 mpg combined.
The Gas and Hybrid version of the Ford Maverick is not yet available, but customers who reserve one now will possibly be able to receive it in Fall/Winter of 2022 to Spring/Summer of 2023. The Nonhybrid version of the Ford Maverick and the Hybrid model are occasionally available on the lot for purchase only when a customer does not take delivery of a 2022 Model. Other than that, factory ordering a Maverick is the only way to purchase an all new 2023 Ford Maverick. The Ford Maverick Hybrid, is not currently available in AWD.
The Hybrid version of the Ford Maverick is the most efficient vehicle in its class, achieving nearly forty mpg combined with a five-speed manual transmission. The hybrid version's base engine can deliver up to 40 mpg, though the manufacturer hasn't officially confirmed the figures. However, the nonhybrid Maverick can achieve up to 35 mpg combined with its electric motor.
Fuel efficiency of the Ford Maverick Hybrid can be better than its official rating, with the hybrid achieving 42 mpg in city driving. The hybrid version gets 33 mpg on the highway, and can reach a range of more than 500 miles. EPA ratings of the Ford Maverick Hybrid show that it is the most efficient hybrid pickup in the U.S. Despite its size, the hybrid model of the Ford Maverick can achieve better fuel economy than the nonhybrid version.
Interior space
While the interior space of the 2023 Ford Maverick may not be as spacious as the interior of some of its siblings, it is quite comfortable for five passengers. Both rows offer enough space to stretch out. There are several standard tech features, such as an 8-inch touchscreen center console, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and Wi-Fi hotspot.
